Graywood Fabrication was founded in 2023 by Gage Fleming and Kailen Dufrene to serve the operators, contractors, and turnaround crews who keep the Gulf Coast running.
Why we started Graywood.
Between the two of us, we've spent more than 14 years on shop floors, project sites, and offshore packages. We started Graywood Fabrication in 2023 because we kept seeing the same gap on industrial jobs: shops that could either move fast or be precise, but not both. We built Graywood to do both.
Today, we work for clients across oil and gas, commercial, and industrial manufacturing. Every job runs through one point of contact. Every quote comes back with a clear scope and a real timeline. And every part that leaves our shop is built to do the work it was specified for.
The people behind the work
Gage Fleming
Gage Fleming began his welding and fabrication career at a young age, completing courses in Welding at ABC Bayou Chapter and Petrochemical Operations through River Parishes Community College. He gained valuable hands-on experience working at a local fabrication shop before advancing to a position in operations at a major refinery in the community. Throughout his career, Gage has always had an entrepreneurial mindset. Drawing on his industry experience and the lessons he learned along the way, he recognized a need for an industrial fabrication company that consistently delivers quality workmanship, efficient service, and on-time project completion. That realization led him to establish a business dedicated to meeting those standards.

Graywood Fabrication serves the Gulf Coast region. Our core service area covers Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, with shop pickup and delivery coordinated for project sites across the three-state corridor. We're not opposed to working outside the Gulf Coast — this is simply our local core service area.
